The Staff of the Idaho Public Utilities Commission by and through its attorney of record, Scott Woodbury, Deputy Attorney General, requests Warm Springs Mesa, Inc. provide the following documents and information, pursuant to Commission Rule of Procedure 225, IDAPA 31.01.01.225, on or before FRIDAY, MAY 31, 1996.
This production request is to be considered as continuing, and Warm Springs Mesa, Inc. is requested to provide by way of supplementary responses, additional documents that you or any person acting on your behalf may later obtain that will augment the documents produced.
Please provide answers to each question; supporting workpapers that provide detail or are the source of information used in calculations; the name and telephone number of the person preparing the documents; and the name, location and telephone number of the record holder.
REQUEST NO. 3: Please give the total number of customers being served by Warm Springs Mesa as of April 30, 1996.
REQUEST NO. 4: In Case No. WSM-93-2, the production capability of the three wells was given as:
Well No.1, 50 hp and 156 gpm; Well No. 2, 75 hp and 400 gpm; and Well No. 3, 100 hp and 630 gpm. Please verify if the production capability of these wells is still the same.
REQUEST NO. 5: Please indicate how many future lots to be developed by Mr. Paul W. Wise will receive water service from United Water of Idaho in the Mesa area?
REQUEST NO. 6: In the existing platted area of the Mesa, how many lots exist without homes?
