The Staff of the Idaho Public Utilities Commission by and through its attorney of record, Scott Woodbury, Deputy Attorney General, requests United Water Idaho Inc. provide the following documents and information, pursuant to Commission Rule of Procedure 225, IDAPA 31.01.01.225, on or before FRIDAY, MAY 31, 1996.
This production request is to be considered as continuing, and United Water Idaho, Inc. is requested to provide by way of supplementary responses, additional documents that you or any person acting on your behalf may later obtain that will augment the documents produced.
Please provide answers to each question; supporting workpapers that provide detail or are the source of information used in calculations; the name and telephone number of the person preparing the documents; and the name, location and telephone number of the record holder.
REQUEST NO. 4: Please provide a list and description of all proposed developments in the Warm Springs and Barber Valley area; include stage of planning, number of houses or businesses, requests for service to United Water and stage of governmental approval for developments.
REQUEST NO. 5: Please provide a schedule for proposed interconnection of the Warm Springs Mesa system facilities with the United Water system facilities.
REQUEST NO. 6: Please provide a schedule showing the method and entries used to account for hook-up fees by United Water of Idaho in its existing service area.
REQUEST NO. 7: Please provide the total rate base per customer for the existing service area of United Water of Idaho.
REQUEST NO. 8: Please provide a map showing Range, Township and Section numbers for the certificated area United Water of Idaho proposes to purchase from Warm Springs Mesa Water Company.
REQUEST NO. 9: For future customers in the Warm Springs Mesa area, will United Water install meters and service connections at its expense, or will the developer be required to install and contribute meters and service connections? If United Water is to make the investment in meters and service connections, how will it book the costs? Is the first new development by Mr. Paul Wise of 36 lots to be handled differently from subsequent developments?
