The Staff of the Idaho Public Utilities Commission by and through its attorney of record, Scott Woodbury, Deputy Attorney General, requests United Water Idaho Inc. provide the following documents and information, pursuant to Commission Rule of Procedure 225, IDAPA 31.01.01.225, on or before FRIDAY, JUNE 7, 1996. This production request is to be considered as continuing, and United Water Idaho Inc. is requested to provide by way of  supplementary responses, additional documents that it or any person acting on its behalf may later obtain that will augment the documents produced. Please provide answers to each question; supporting workpapers that provide detail or are the source of information used in calculations; the name and telephone number of the person preparing the documents; and the name, location and telephone number of the record holder. Request No. 23:  What is the time frame for interconnection between the United Water Idaho system and the North State Area (How long would Phase 1 rates be in effect)? Request No. 24:  If interconnection is made immediately and water from both systems will be used to serve customers, how will water purchased from Garden City be measured?  If master meters are required, what will they cost? Request No. 25:  Jeremiah Healy in his Reconsideration Testimony states that at the public meeting United Water Idaho would propose to form a “customer liaison team” from the North State Area.  Was this in fact discussed at the May 16 meeting?  What was the result?
