The Staff of the Idaho Public Utilities Commission by and through its attorney of record, Scott Woodbury, Deputy Attorney General, requests United Water Idaho, Inc. provide the following documents and information, pursuant to Commission Rule of Procedure 225, IDAPA 31.01.01.225, on or before OCTOBER 24, 1995. This production request is to be considered as continuing, and United Water Idaho, Inc. is requested to provide by way of  supplementary responses, additional documents that it or any person acting on its behalf may later obtain that will augment the documents produced. Please provide answers to each question; supporting workpapers that provide detail or are the source of information used in calculations; the name and telephone number of the person preparing the documents; and the name, location and telephone number of the record holder. Request No. 16:  What does Garden City/United Water plan to do with the 530 extra  meters removed from the North State Area that are not required for the meter exchange?  What value do these meters have? Request No. 17:  The water purchase agreement between Garden City and Boise Water Corporation dba United Water Idaho dated February 16, 1995, includes Section 5regarding water quality.  Will water supplied under the Exchange Agreement with Garden City be required to meet these same water quality standards? Request No. 18:  Is United Water aware of any water-quality (health threatening or aesthetic) problems associated with the source of supply that will be used by Garden City through United Water to supply the North State Area.  Please provide detail on specific problems identified. Request No. 19:  Please describe the nature, details and timing of any investigation performed regarding the quality of water to be purchased from Garden City for North State Area supply. Request No. 20:  If such an investigation regarding water quality was performed, please provide the results of all tests and identify the person (s) conducting the investigation. Request No. 21:  It is Staff’s understanding that the assets the Company is purchasing from Garden City were donated by developers.  In Staff’s Second Production Request the Company supplied the Asset Cost and Depreciation but did not supply any Contributions amounts.  Please provide the amount of Contributions.
