The Staff of the Idaho Public Utilities Commission by and through its attorney of record, Scott Woodbury, Deputy Attorney General, requests United Water Idaho, Inc. provide the following documents and information, pursuant to Commission Rule of Procedure 225, IDAPA 31.01.01.225, on or before SEPTEMBER 29, 1995. This production request is to be considered as continuing, and United Water Idaho, Inc. is requested to provide by way of  supplementary responses, additional documents that it or any person acting on its behalf may later obtain that will augment the documents produced. Please provide answers to each question; supporting workpapers that provide detail or are the source of information used in calculations; the name and telephone number of the person preparing the documents; and the name, location and telephone number of the record holder. Request No. 13:  Garden City sent a public notice on September 7, 1995 to the customers impacted by the transfer agreement between Garden City and United Water Idaho (see attached).  The fourth paragraph states, “Your comments may be submitted to either Garden City, United Water or the PUC and they will be heard during their proceedings.”  Please provide copies of all written comments and records of all oral comments received in regards to this notice. Request No. 14:  How much water, on a monthly basis, did customers in the North State Area use in the past year?  Does the Company anticipate lower consumption patterns with the Company’s higher rates?  If so, please provide estimates.
