RESPONSE NO.1:See the attached Excel file for responses to parts a,b,c,and d.The
attached file was derived almost entirely from the Excel file submitted by United Water in
Response No.2 to the First Production Request of the Commission Staff.The only changes to
the file submitted by United Water are the addition of the graphs,and the net present values
computed in row 94 on the “Revenue Requirement”tab.
