COMMISSIONER SMITH: Good evening, ladies and
gentlemen. This is the time and place set for a public hearing
before the Idaho Publ-ic Utilities Commission i-n Case No.
UWI-W-15-01-, further identified as In the matter of the
application of United Water Idaho, fnc., for authority to
increase its rates and charges for water servj-ce in the state
of Idaho.
Earl-ier today, we held the technical- hearing on
the proposed settlement with witnesses from the Company, the
Staff, and the Intervenor CAPAI, and tonight is set aside for
testimony from members of the public shoul-d there be any who
wish to address the Commi-ssion.
Seeing none, Ir11 ask Mr. Fadness if he knows of
