CASE UWI.W.15-01 SIXTH PRODUCTION REQUEST OF THE COMMISSION STAFF Preparer/Sponsoring Witness: Gary Prettyman REQUEST NO. 125: Following up on Production Request No.21, please provide a listing of the services paid for in Corporate M&S fees (Account 90850) that explain the increase in those expenses from2011 to2014. RESPONSE NO. 125: The services provided by all M&S are consistent with the contract between UW Idaho and UW M&S. These services include administration, communication, customer service, finance, human resources, information systems, legal, procurement, technical services and other general services necessary in the proper conduct of business. The various departments within M&S are then categorized to Corporate, Regulatory or Non-regulatory. The increase in Corporate M&S are due to a realignment of departments within M&S. This was to better align the function with costs and allocation to the appropriate segments. Please see Response No 125 Attachment for details of total M&S fees for the years 2011 to 2014.
