TO AMEND AND REVISE CERTIFICATE OF CONVENIENCE AND NECESSITY NO. 143 TO INCLUDE BRITTANIA HEIGHTS. CASE NO. UWI-07- FIRST PRODUCTION REQUEST OF THE COMMISSION STAFF TO UNITED WATER IDAHO INC. The Staff of the Idaho Public Utilities Commission, by and through its attorney of record, Scott Woodbury, Deputy Attorney General, requests that United Water Idaho Inc. (United Water; Company) provide the following documents and information on or before WEDNESDAY, MAY 23, 2007. Please provide answers to each question; supporting workpapers that provide detail or are the source of information used in calculations; the name and telephone number of the person preparing the documents; and the name, location and telephone number of the record holder. See IDAPA 31.01.01.228. For each item, please indicate the name of the person(s) preparing the answers, along with the job title of such person(s) and the witness who can sponsor the answer at hearing. This Production Request is to be considered as continuing, and United Water is requested to provide, by way of supplementary responses, additional documents that it or any person acting on its behalf may later obtain that will augment the documents produced. FIRST PRODUCTION REQUEST TO UNITED WATER MAY 2, 2007 Request No.1: Please provide an estimate of the number and type oflots proposed to be served in each of the Brittania Heights I and Brittania Heights II subdivisions. Request No.2: Please indicate whether an alternate source will be used for lawn watering in the subdivisions, or whether United Water will be relied on to provide irrigation water. Request No.3: Please indicate the source(s) that will be used to supply water for the subdivisions and provide any calculations or other analysis to show that United Water has sufficient water to meet the requirements of the subdivisions. Will the developer be required to contribute any source of supply? Request No.4: Please list any off-site mains or other facilities that will need to be installed in order to provide service to the subdivisions. Request No.5: Please list generally those facilities that will be contributed by the developer and any facilities that will be advanced. If any facilities will be advanced, please describe the refunding provisions. Request No.6: Will there be a special facilities agreement for the subdivisions? If so, please provide a copy.
