matter of the application of United Water Idaho Inc. for
authority to increase its rates and charges for water
service in the State of Idaho. It's Case No. UWI-06-
and the intent this evening is to hold a public hearing
for the sole purpose of taking testimony on the proposed
settlement stipulation that I s before the Commission.
