programs - to external audiences. Develop strategic, comprehensive communication
plans and programs that deliver consistent, appropriate and managed messages. to

gov~rnmental relations support as needed.
Bachelor s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing or Advertising
prefeITed or equivalent work experience; 5+ years experience in public relations,
communications marketing, governmental and/or community relations; valid driver
license. Candidate must possess excellent writing, speaking, interpersonal and
organizational skills; be articulate, effective speaker; be able to understand and
communicate about water utility operations and issues; have intennediate knowledge

bargaining unit agreement, ability to transport up to 90 lbs., and basic skills. in the

Assist the Public Affairs Manager in developing and implementing various
community outreach events, presentations, and efforts.

Develop and manage the operating budget related to assigned areas of
responsibility.
Bachelors degree in Conservation and/or Environmental Sciences, water emphasis

Ability to manage a variety of conservation programs and develop

Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Desktop Publishing
Good communication skills (oral and written)
Excellent public speaking skills
