The Staff of the Idaho Public Utilities Commission, by and through its attomey of record,
John R. Hammond, Jr., Deputy Attorney General, requests that CDS Stoneridge Utilities, LLC
("Company" or "stoneridge") provide the following documents and information as soon as
possible, but no later than THURSDAY, SEPTEMBER 10,2020.
This Production Request is to be considered as continuing, and Stoneridge is requested to
provide, by way of supplementary responses, additional documents that it or any person acting on
its behalf may later obtain that will augment the documents or information produced.
Please provide answers to each question, supporting workpapers that provide detail or are
the source of information used in calculations, and the name, job title and telephone number of the
person preparing the documents. Please identiff the name, job title, location and telephone
number of the record holder.

In addition to the written copies provided as response to the requests, please provide all
Excel and electronic files on CD with formulas activated.
REQUEST NO. 20: In the Application on page l, the Company states that the typical
residential customer requests a l-inch meter instead of at/o inch meter. Please provide a list of all
the customers the Company has connected to the system since being taken over by JD Resort, with
the size of meter the customer requested, and the size of the meter eventually installed.
REQUEST NO. 2l: Please disclose whether the customer requested a f -inch meter orally
or in writing. Please provide a copy of all customer requests for a l-inch meter that were made in
writing.
REQUEST NO. 22: Please explain the reasons for any instances the installed meter size
differs from the initially requested meter size. Please include any documentation the Company
used to justi& using a meter size different from the customer's initial request.
REQUEST NO. 23: Please provide an itemization showing the total cost dollar range to:
(a) install a,/oinchmeter, and (b) install a l-inch meter. Please also provide invoices supporting
these itemizations.
