SWC-W-23-01 j Regarding Company's Response to Staff's 1st Production Response
I You don't often get email from shubhradeb.paul@puc.idaho.gov. Learn why this is important
Hello Mr. Trulock,
I hope you are doing well. I am Shubhra, an Engineering Staff at the Idaho PUC working on your case. The Staff
has the following questions regarding the Company's response to Commission's production requests and we
request your help with these.
l. Request No. 12:
a. Although the Company provided spreadsheets containing monthly metered water production
data from 2018 through 2022, the Staff noticed that the year 2020's data was not included as a
part of Exhibit 7. If you have the 2020's water production data available for both Resort and
Ridge system, we would appreciate it if you kindly provided it to us. The Staff requests you to
submit the response and relevant information through the Commission Secretary, Monica
(CC'ed), once available.
b. Also, regarding Exhibit 7, the Staff is trying to understand how the information/data in the tab
'FRONT SIDE-WATER' correlates to the tab 'FRONT SIDE-WELL GALS & HRS,' etc. It would be
beneficial for the Staff if the Company could clarify different aspects of Exhibit 7 data in detail.
2. Request No. 15: As a part of Company's response in Exhibit 9, the Company provided IDEQ sanitary
surveys for both water systems. Between them, the Ridge system's sanitary survey was performed in
2017. The Staff wanted to confirm whether any other sanitary survey was performed on Ridge system
since 2017. If yes, the Staff requests a copy of the latest sanitary survey for the Ridge system.
Please let us know at your convenience. Thank you so much for your time.
-Shubhra
Sincerely,
Shubhra Deb Paul

Responses to IPUC additional information as requested by Shubhra Deb Paul, sent 3/5/24.
-Request #12 a:
See attached sheets.
-Request #12 b: These two tabs are specific to Resort Water System.
Front Side -Water Tab
This tab shows daily by month treatment test results for CL2 and PH taken from the distribution side
of the water supply. The Lower Reservoir data shows the total treated water gallons distributed to
the system for consumption (with corresponding meter readings). The Lower Reservoir is the
distribution point for treated water to the entire system.
The building meter readings are the larger commercial buildings. Readings taken once a week are
informational for leak tracking, unusual occurrences, etc.
Front Side -Well Gals/Hrs Tab
This tab is specific to the individual well and pump production prior to treatment. It shows the well
pump gallons meter reading as well as the well pump hours meter reading. Two different meters,
one specific to gallons pumped from the well, the other specific to the hours the pump ran. Then
you have the total number pre-treated gallons produced daily by each well.
-Request#15:
The next Sanitary Survey for the Ridge Water System is scheduled for 6/6/24.
