ln Order No. 33965 (Case No. GNR-U-18-01), the Commission ordered each rate-
regulated utility to immediately account for the financial benefits from the January 1,
2018 tax rate reduction to 21% as a deferred regulatory liability. Please provide the
amount the Company recorded to the deferred regulatory liability as required by that
Order.
REVISED RESPONSE NO. {25:
The amount of regulatory liability associated with the period January 1,2018 through
the change in base rates to reflect the income tax percentage updates was
$197,395.62 as shown on the attachment to this response. As of December 31,
2020, the balance was $224,478.85 which includes an allowance for carrying costs.
