Krstine A. Sasser, Deputy Attorney General, requests that Rocky Mountain Utilty Company,
Inc. (Company; Rocky Mountain) provide the following documents and information on or before
FRIDAY, OCTOBER 10, 2008.
This Production Request is to be considered as continuing, and Rocky Mountain is
requested to provide, by way of supplementar responses, additional documents that it or any
person acting on its behalf may later obtain that will augment the documents produced.
Please provide answers to each question, supporting workpapers that provide detail or are

Following the Idaho Public Utilties Commission public heang held on September 23,
2008 in Rigby, several questions were raised that required attention prior to final deliberation of
the Company;s Application.
REQUEST NO. 20: How many residential and commercial customers are curently
connected to the water system and currently being biled? 46 Customers .
REQUEST NO. 21: How many residential and commercial sitesl10ts are curently
connected to the water system where the shut-off valves are turned on, but the lots are not
cuently being biled (Le. ESSA homes)? 0 Please explain why they are not biled. Ou policy
has been to bil at time of Occupancy.
REQUEST NO. 22: How many residential and commercial sitesllots are cUIently
connected to the water system where the shut-off valves are closed and not currently being
biled? Please explain why they are not biled. 21 We are waiting for CEO's.
REQUEST NO. 23: How many water connections are sering common areas (i.e.
parks) and the well lot? ( Block 4 Lot 9) What is the approximate size of each common area?
