COMMISSIONER RAPER: Good evenj-ng. Vie are
going to begin the customer hearing for Picabo Water.
This is the time and place for a customer hearing in Case
No. PIC-W-21-01, also referred to as in the matter of
Picabo Water System's applicatlon for authority to
j-ncrease its rates and charges for water service in the
State of Idaho.
The purpose of the hearing tonight is to
take testimony from members of the public in reference to
Picabo's filing that was filed with the Commission on
March 8th, 2027. My name is Kristine Raper. I'm the
Chaj-r of tonightrs proceeding. On the line i-s also
Commissioner PauI Kjellander and Commj-ssioner Eric
Anderson. To this point this case has had a workshop,
although, to my knowledge, nobody attended.
We are at the customer hearing tonight.
There is nobody on the line that wishes to testify, so I
wil-I note for the record that there are dates left that
are comment and reply deadlines. August 19th is the
comment deadline for customers and Staff. September 24th,
is the reply deadline for the Company.

received by the Company, the case will be ful1y submitted
and Presj-dent Kje1lander, Commissioner Anderson, and I
will review the facts and evidence and i-ssue a final
deci-sion in the case. I will note for the record that
Deputy Attorney General- Erick Shaner is here at the
hearing on behalf of Commissj-on Staff, but we continue to
have nobody on the l-ine.
It is 1zt2 p.m. The hearing was schedul-ed
to begin at 7:00 p.m.r so having noted the remaining
dates and gotten information for the record to prove that
we had a hearing, we're going to shut the hearing down
and we will adjourn. Thanks everyone for calling in and
bei-ng prepared.
