What is the connection size? 1 inch
Does each storage unit renter pay Picabo Storage LLC for water service? Water services are
part of the S5O per month charge to cover security, taxes, insurance, water, maintenance etc.

Most labor for the system is done by ranch help and not charged. !t just points out that we
need to get the water system broke out of the ranch books into a separate company with its
own set of books.
REQUEST NO. 33-What use do the outlets provide? Water outlets were not a good idea and
are used very seldom.
They are located in the center of the back of the units.
They are 1 inch pipe with a3l4in hose bib.
The customers use they very little.
There is a water service outside of the storage unit.
