The Staff of the Idaho Public Utilities Commission, by and through its attomey of record,
Matt Hunter, Deputy Attomey General, requests that Picabo Water System provide the following
documents and information as soon as possible, but no later than WEDNESDAY, JULY 7,
2021.
This Production Request is to be considered as continuing, and Picabo Water System is
requested to provide, by way of supplementary responses, additional documents that it, or any
person acting on its behalf, may later obtain that will augment the documents or information
produced.
Please provide answers to each question, supporting workpapers that provide detail or are
the source of information used in calculations, and the name, job title, and telephone number of

In addition to the written copies provided as response to the requests, please provide all
Excel spreadsheets and electronic files on CD with formulas intact and enabled.
REQUEST NO.26: Please provide the installation date for each hydrant installed, the
cost of each hydrant, and the account numbers to which the hydrants were booked. Please
provide a system map showing hydrant locations.
REQUEST NO. 27: Who is responsible for the maintenance of the fire hydrants?
REQUEST NO.28: In the 2009 Annual Report, the Company reported a balance of
$173,764 in Plant in Service. Please provide a schedule showing annual reconciliation of the
difference between the 2009 Annual Report and the amount filed in the Application of $67,607
REQUEST NO. 29: Please provide all capital investments added to the system from
2010 through2020.
REQUEST NO.30: Regarding the Company's response to Production Request No. 29,
are there missing assets in QuickBooks for Picabo water system improvements? If so, please
provide what assets are missing and the cost of each asset.
REQUEST NO.3l: Please provide the following information about Picabo Storage
LLC:
a. How was the $100/month charge determined?
b. The number of storage units.
c. Does each storage unit have its own water connection?
d. What is the connection size?
e. Does each storage unit renter pay Picabo Storage LLC for water service?

REQUEST NO. 32: Please explain why labor was included in the Company's Annual
Reports for years 2014 through 2018, but excluded in 2019 and2020?
REQUEST NO.33: Please provide the following information about water outlet
customers:
a. What use do the outlets provide?
b. Where are they located?
c. What is the connection size?
d. What are the customers using them for?
e. Do the customers have other water service connections? If so, please identiff.
REQUEST NO.34: Please provide updates about scheduled capital improvements.
REQUEST NO. 35: Please provide all loan documentation for the $90,000 loan from
the Idaho Water Resources Board. Please also provide a description and schedule showing how
the money is expected to be allocated between the new well, pump, motor, electrical controls,
fencing, pipe, wire, power poles, transformers, labor, and anything else not listed.
