be the connection fees that are ctrargred for new
connections of forty-fiwe doJ-J-ars .
That is not even c].ose to what it costs
to buy ca1>acity into a water systen for a deveJ-oper
to add a new hone. I know this becarrse of my
experience working for municil)a1ity.
I'we work for cities that cl.arge
anywhere from sewenteen trrrndred doJ-1ars to
thirty-fiwe hun&ed doJ.J-ars connection fees just to
buy into ttre system for a^ new connection.
So I made ot,her rnent.ion, I gron't' restate
