The Staff of the Idaho Public Utilities Commission requests that Morning View Water
Company, Inc. ('oMorning View" or "Company") provide the following documents and
information as soon as possible, but no later than THURSDAY, AUGUST 412016.r
The Company is reminded that responses pursuant to Commission Rules of Procedure
must include the name and phone number of the person preparing the document, and the name,
location and phone number of the record holder and if different the witness who can sponsor the
answer at hearing if need be. Reference IDAPA 31.01.01.228.

This Production Request is to be considered as continuing, and Morning View is requested
to provide, by way of supplementary responses, additional documents that it or any person acting
on its behalf may later obtain that will augment the documents produced.
Please provide answers to each question, supporting workpapers that provide detail or are
the source of information used in calculations, and the name, job title and telephone number of the
person preparing the documents. Please identiff the name, job title, location and telephone
number of the record holder.
Please provide all Excel and electronic files on CD with formulas activated.
REQUEST NO.41: Please list all disconnections and reconnections for nonpayment
from January 1,2013 to present. Please include all fees applied to the respective customer's
account for those disconnections and reconnections.
REQUEST NO. 42: In Exhibit No. 2, Schedule A of the Company's Application there is
Other Water Sales Revenue totaling $137. Please explain the source of this revenue.
REQUBST NO. 43: Please provide a schedule showing the number of customers billed
by month from January 2013 to present.
REQUEST NO.44: Please use your process (whether the provided billing software or
other method) to complete a billing run for all usage in the month of July 2015 using the following
sample rates:
. $25 base charge for .25 acre lots. $50 base charge for.5 acre lots
o $70 base charge for acre lots. Commodity rate of $2.00 per thousand gallons used.
From this billing run, please provide a sample bill for the meters numbered 100016, 100005,
100073, 100045, 100032 and 100075.
REQUEST NO. 45: Following up on the previous question, please provide
documentation of the results from the process used (i.e., billing software, spreadsheet, etc.).

REQUEST NO. 46: Please provide a schedule showing repair expenses since 2008.
Please identify the account where the repair was booked, the dollar amounts, and provide a copy
of the invoices for each repair.
REQUEST NO. 47: Please provide a copy of proof of payment (i.e., cancelled check) for
the Company's share of the initial engineering study for the recent improvements paid by the State
Revolving Loan.
REQUEST NO. 48: Please provide a copy of the invoice for $300 for the April 10, 2015
transaction for computer expense.
REQUEST NO. 49: Please provide a copy of the Idaho Rural Water Association bill for
$350 that is listed under professional fees for July 1, 2015.
REQUEST NO. 50: Please provide a copy of the rental agreement, including all terms for
the offrce and other property.
REQUEST NO. 5l: Please provide copies of all payroll tax forms for 2015.
REQUEST NO. 52: After the Public Workshop, the Company indicated it is willing to
provide to each customer the monthly usage for the past 12 months associated with each meter.
When does the Company anticipate providing this information?
