The Staff of the Idaho Public Utilities Commission, by and through its attorney of record, Neil
Price, Deputy Attorney General, requests that Moming View Water Company, Inc. ("Morning View"
or "Company") provide the following documents and information as soon as possible, but no later than
TUESDAY, JUNE 7,2016.
The Company is reminded that responses pursuant to Commission Rules of Procedure must
include the name and phone number of the person preparing the document, and the name, location and
phone number of the record holder and if different the witness who can sponsor the answer at hearing
if need be. Reference IDAPA 31.01.01.228.
This Production Request is to be considered as continuing, and Morning View is requested to
provide, by way of supplementary responses, additional documents that it or any person acting on its
behalf may later obtain that will augment the documents produced.

Please provide answers to each question, supporting workpapers that provide detail or are the
source of information used in calculations, and the name, job title and telephone number of the person
preparing the documents. Please identify the name, job title, location and telephone number of the
record holder.
Please provide all Excel and electronic files on CD with formulas activated.
REQUEST NO. 1: Please provide a chart of accounts for Morning View Water Company.
REQUEST NO.2: Please provide a general ledger detail report by account, including Type,
Date, Number, Name, Memo, Amount and Balance for each year ending 1213112015,l2l3ll20l4, and
l2l3ll20l3. Please submit this in PDF and Excel Format.
REQUEST NO.3: Please provide the plant in service listing of plant items in the 2014 awrual
report totaling $98,820.
REQUEST NO. 4: Please provide the bank reconciliation for l2l3ll20l4 and 1213112015.
Please include all bank statements for both years.
REQUEST NO. 5: Please provide the accounts receivable aging report for l2l3ll20l3,
l2l3 I l20l 4 and l2l3 | l20l 5.
REQUEST NO. 6: Please provide a listing of all new plant items, with the final cost of each,
built with the drinking water loan.
REQUEST NO. 7: Please provide a copy of any Sanitary Survey(s) on the Company's water
system dated January 1,2014 or later performed by the Idaho Department of Environmental Quality
(rDEQ).
REQUEST NO. 8: In responding to this question, the Company need not include items
pertaining to the Termination of Consent Order dated on or around December 9,2015. Other than
items related to the aforementioned Termination of Consent Order, please provide a copy of all

communication, including Company responses, with IDEQ regarding deficiencies identified or
recommendations made as a result of the sanitary survey(s) dated on or after January 1,2014. Please
provide the status of compliance with IDEQ recommendations, if deficiencies and/or recommendations
exist.
REQUEST NO. 9: Please provide "Lot Size" (as used for Company billing) for each customer
listed in Supplemental Schedule I (Customer Consumption Data), provided by the Company in the
Application.
REQUEST NO. 10: Please provide April20l6 data for Supplemental Schedule I (Customer
Consumption Data) when available.
REQUEST NO. l1: Please provide copies of all engineering studies performed by third-party
contractors since January 1,2012.
REQUEST NO. 12: What is the current (initial) connection charge for a new customer? Is the
Company proposing to change the connection charge?
