The Staff of the Idaho Public Utilities Commission, by and through its attorney of record, Scott
Woodbury, Deputy Attorney General, requests that Morning View Water Company, Inc. ("Morning
View" or "Company ) provide the following documents and information on or before MONDAY,
MAY 7, 2007.
The Company is reminded that pursuant to Commission Rules of Procedure, responses must
include the name and phone number of the person preparing the document, and the name, location and
phone number of the record holder. Reference IDAPA 31.01.01.228.
This Production Request is to be considered as continuing, and Morning View is requested to
provide, by way of supplementary responses, additional documents that it or any person acting on its
behalf may later obtain that will augment the documents produced.

Please provide answers to each question; supporting workpapers that provide detail or are the
source of information used in calculations; the name and telephone number of the person preparing the
documents; and the name, location and telephone number of the record holder.
For each item, please indicate the name of the person(s) preparing the answers, along with the
job title of such person(s) and the witness who can sponsor the answer at hearing.
Request No.1: Please describe how incoming calls from customers to the Company are
handled.
Request No.2: Please describe how the Company handles e-mail inquiries, complaints
payment arrangements, service orders, and other routine customer transactions.
Request No.3: Please provide the number of customer complaints received by the Company
for calendar year 2006 broken into categories by topics: high bills, disconnection, water quality etc.
Request No.4: Please provide the number of non-pay disconnections during calendar year
2006.
Request No.5: Please provide the phone number provided to customers for outages during
normal office hours.
Request No.6: Please provide the phone number provided to customers for outages after
normal office hours.
Request No.7: Please provide the total number of customers who have arrangements to pay
each month under a levelized payment plan for calendar year 2006.
Request No.8: Please provide the number of customers charged alate payment or finance
charge for calendar year 2006.

Request No.9: Please list the name and type of service provided by affiliated businesses that
operate at the same location as the water company s office.
Request No. 10: Please provide number of deposits and total dollar amount of deposits, the
Company has on file for customers.
Request No. 11: Please provide a drawing or schematic of the entire Morning View system
with the wells, tank house, isolation valves, blowouts and all mains and service lines shown and clearly
labeled.
