Dear Mr. Gneiting:
This letter is in regard to the Consent Order executed between you, as represetative of the Morning View
Water Company (Morning View), PWS# ID7260063, and the Department of Environmental Quality
(Depaent) on October 25, 2007 to address violations of the Idaho Code for Public Drinking Wate
Systems, IDAPA 58.01.08.
The Depament continues to monitor the progrss of Morning View and the efforts taken to accomplish
the terms and conditions agreed upon within the October 25, 2007 Consent Order. Representatives from
the Offce of the Attorney General continue routine contacts with your legal counsel on a weekly basis to
discuss activities taken to bring Morning View into compliance with IDAPA 58.0) .08.
Please be advised that financing for the variable spe drives must be secured, and supporting
documentation provided to the Department, no later than October), 2009. In addition, a corrcted
Consumer Confidence Report for 2008 must be submitted to the Deparment no later than October),
2009.
Failure to comply with the items noted above, as well as any additional terms and conditions established
within the October 25, 2007 Consent Order may result in furher enforcement action, including civil
