Dear Donovan:
Mr. McGhee has reviewed the Stipulation and he is in
agreement that it confo~s to what we agreed to at our
conference; however , this spring they tried to read the meters
as of the April 1 , 2007 date and found the meter boxes were fullof water. Just now they are able to read the meters. He is
wondering if you would be agreeable to change to an April 20 and
October 1 meter reading?
