am legally blind and can no longer drive. I have hadÆW back
surgeries, after the first one I had ~ infections, staff and
pseudomonas which required a second surgery to remove all the
metal before my back had had time to heal making the surgery
ineffective and leaving my spine in a deteriorating condition which
has left me crippled.
I am turning over all assets of both companies to David E.
Benton who has managed and collected all water fees and paid all
bills connected with both companies since their organization.

To Whom It May Concer:
Ths letter is in regards to Mr. Joseph Edwin Strobel and his abilty to manage Island
Park Water Company at his old age.
Mr. Strobel is 82 years old and has lived a full life; yet, his present health and condition
precludes him from much activity and he is fairly home-bound at ths time. He has had
three surgeries on his back complicated by infection and stil has persistent severe spinal
stenosis which limit his activity and is stil strggling with severe low back pain. In
addition to his back pain which limits his physical activity, durng his first surgery he had
a stroke which affected a good portion of his memory. Ths also has resulted in some
generalized confusion. Since that time, he has evidence of multi-infarct changes in his
brain and is being followed closely for severe carotid vascular disease. He has a totally
occluded right interal carotid arery and a 60-70% occlusion of his left interal caotid
arer from which he suffers from diffse hypoperfsion of his brain. Because of his
physical and mental limitations he can no longer fuction to ru Island Park Water
Company.
