On Monday, December 28, 1998, I spoke with Dean Kastens (687-1786), Board Chairman of the North Kootenai Water District (NKWD), attempting to secure a copy of the recent sale/purchase agreement between NKWD and Bud Ford.  Mr. Kastens authorizes release of the document to the Commission, refers me to your office and indicates that you will provide the Commission with a copy.  Upon receipt the Commission will close out its Hayden Pines certificate file and all active pending Hayden Pines cases.
