No. 1 to the Company's Exhibit Nos. 1 and 2.
Response:
The Exhibit No. 1 Rate Base for the base year ending 1213112021 (found on column E
of Exhibit No. 1) was established in the Annual Report and file labeled GSW-W-22-01
IPUC DR 44 Attachmenf 7, which includes the asset list and associated depreciation
schedule and reconciliation to GSW-W-22-01 IPUC DR 44, Attachmenf 2 in rows 262to
290.
The Exhibit No. 2 Proforma detailwas provided in Production Request No. 1. The
attached file GSW-W-22-01 IPUC DR 44 Aftachmenf 2 is modified with groupings to
collapse the data in the file (it is still available in the sheet by un-grouping the respective
sections). The rate case model is mapped line by line to the annual report and the
QuickBooks output in Production Request No. 1 in the attached GSW-W-22-01 IPUC
DR 44 Attachment 3.

45. Regarding the Company's response to Production Request No. 13, please provide a
justification for overtime hours paid, specifically explaining why the Field Manager and
Operator in Training receive 104 hours of overtime per year and the
Billing Administrator receives 156 hours a year of overtime. Please provide any
calculations and assumptions.
Response:
The Rate Case Application, Exhibit 2_(B) Payroll for 2022 included time and costs
labeled 'Overtime.' Based on the most updated information including year to date 2022,
the Overtime hours for the base year (2021) and 2022 are as follows:
2021 Overtime 37.35 hours
2022 Overtime (through 91271 44.70 hours
Proforma (annualized2022 YTD) 60 hours
The Overtime hours are reflected in the Operator 1 and Operator in Training positions.
The Field Manager position has worked on-call time as a salaried employee with no
additional compensation for on-ca!! or overtime.
The time and costs labeled Overtime in the Rate Case Application, Exhibit 2_(B) Payroll
include both overtime and on-call time. The on-calltime is currently covered by the
salaried Field Manager position, but these duties are shifting to the hourly Operator 1
and Operating in Training positions so there will be an increase in on-ca!! time. The
anticipated on-calltime is one call for two hours minimum call out time per event time
with one event assumed per week, times three weeks per month (with the fourth week
covered by salaried Field Manager position), times twelve months for (2 x 3 x 1 2\ = 72
hours, split equally between the Operator 1 and Operator in Training positions:

Since we filed the case, it has been determined the Overtime for the Billing
Administrator is not necessary and the request is being modified as follows:
Billing Administrator 0 hours
The Overtime hours included in the application and the revised Overtime and On-Call
hours can be found in Confidential GSW-W-22-01 IPUC DR 45 Attachment 1. The
cumulative impact of these adjustments is a reduction in the revenue requirement of
$9,636 dollars. The original overtime/on-call time resulted in $14,159 but the reductions
described above reduce the impact to a revised overtime/on-calltime of $4,524

provide complete copies of the Company's life insurance policies and health insurance
policies.

ConfidentialGSW-W-22-01IPUC DR 46 Attachment 1 is a complete, executed copy of
the Company's current health insurance policy (renewal) with Regence BlueShield of
ldaho, lnc. The Company is submifting the policy under the Protective Order issued in
this proceeding because the document contains commercially sensitive information,
personal identifying information and portions are copyrighted.
Confidential GSW-W-22-O1 IPUC DR 46 Attachment 2 is a complete copy of the
Company's current life insurance policy (renewal) with Sun Life. The Company is
submitting the policy under the Protective Order issued in this proceeding because the
document contains commercially sensitive information. GSW-W-22-01 IPUC DR 46
Attachment 3 is an email stating our acceptance of the renewal policy and providing
confirmation that Sun Life does not require a signature.
