Property section 1, subsection C. The description provided in subsection C describes
Lot 1 in Block 1, but the Parcel Number provided corresponds to Lot 1 in Block 3.

a. Please identify which Parcel is being included in the Asset Purchase Agreement.

b. In addition, please identify any assets on the Parcel used in or necessary for
conducting of business.
Response:
a. Lot 1 in Block 31, which is correctly specified as Parcel Number 0-7350-003-001-
0, is being transferred under the Asset Purchase Agreement. There was a typo
in the referenced Parcel Numberblock and lot number reference; the correct
Parcel Numberblock and lot reference is “Lot 1 in Block 3” is 0735 0001 0010.
b. There currently are no assets on the Parcel used in or necessary for conducting
business.
