The Staff of the Idaho Public Utilities Commission, by and through its attorney of record, Susan Hamlin, Deputy Attorney General, provides the following documents and information, pursuant to Commission Rules of Procedure 225-229, IDAPA 31.01.01225-229.
REQUEST FOR PRODUCTION NO. 1: 6/22/95 PUC Meeting W/Interveners. What was the Agenda & who signed in at this meeting?
RESPONSE TOPRODUCTION REQUEST NO. 1:
There is no record of any meeting held with Staff members and Intervenors on June 22, 1995. Response prepared by Rose Schulte.
REQUEST FOR PRODUCTION NO. 2: 7/795 Meeting with IPUC 4½ hrs what was the agenda - Who was at the meeting.
RESPONSE TO PRODUCTION REQUEST NO. 2:
Staff held an informal meeting the afternoon of July 6, 1995, at the home of Rea Fullmer in Driggs, Idaho. In attendance were Mr. and Mrs. Earl Bainbridge, Rea Fullmer and Judy Tonks. The meeting continued at the offices of Roy Moulton, Esq. and Company accountant, Bill Moulton. No agenda was prepared nor used at the informal meeting. Commission Staff members Robert Smith and Rose Schulte were present.
Agenda, information letter and customer list for the public meeting held on July 7, 1995, is attached. See Attachment A. Response prepared by Rose Schulte.
