PETITION TO INTERVENE AND MOTION TO FILE COMMENTS
FILED BY A VIMOR LLC
On March 2, 2007, A vimor LLC filed a Petition to Intervene and a Motion
Requesting Leave to File Reply Comments in Case No. IPC-06-23. Avimor is a party to the
contract with Idaho Power Company to provide electric transmission and substation facilities to
Avimor s development north of Boise. The Commission on November 1 2006, issued a Notice
of Application and Notice of Modified Procedure providing for the filing of comments. The
Notice does not specifically allow reply comments.
A vimor in its Motion requests permission to file reply comments or a revised
agreement with Idaho Power Company by April 2, 2007.
Staff recommends the Commission grant the Petition to Intervene and also grant the
Motion allowing Avimor to file reply comments by April 2, 2007.
