The Staff of the Idaho Public Utilities Commission, by and through its attorney of record, Lori Mann, Deputy Attorney General, requests that Falls Water Company provide the following documents and information on or before THURSDAY, JUNE 8, 1995.
This Production Request is to be considered as continuing, and Falls Water Company is requested to provide, by way of supplementary responses, additional documents that it or any person acting on its behalf may later obtain that will augment the documents produced.
For each item, please indicate the name of the person(s) preparing the answers, along with the job title of such person(s) and the witness who can sponsor the answer at hearing.
Request No. 12:Using the rates of depreciation in the annual report, I do not get the same amounts of depreciation expense.
a.Is some of the plant accounted for in the Property, Plant and Equipment account fully depreciated?  If yes, please identify the plant classification (wells, meter, hydrants, etc.) and the dollar amount for each item?
b.Please show me a copy of the schedule provided to you by your CPA showing the 1194 depreciation schedule.
