Itemized bills or invoices (including materials, components, and labor) for the TM system from 2020 to date; b. Itemized bills or invoices (including materials, components, and labor) for the MV system from 2020 to date; and c. Itemized bills or invoices (including materials, components, and labor) for the FW system from 2022 to date. Response: The Company’s costs per connection includes only the meter, radio transmitter, and a fixed $50 labor cost. The invoices for the purchase of meters and radio transmitters are included in the attachments FLS-W-23-01 IPUC DR 101 Attachment 1 – 5. The meters for Morning View are Master Meter brand and were purchased from Mountainland Supply Company. The meters for Taylor Mountain and Falls Water are Sensus brand with a few Neptune meters that were purchased due to unstable supply lines during the COVID-19 pandemic. The meters for Taylor Mountain and Falls Water were not purchased by invoice by system. They generally were all purchased in bulk for both systems and assigned to the separate system at installation. a. Taylor Mountain water system did not have any new construction meters installed in 2020. In 2021, no new construction meter installs occurred. In 2022, three 1” new construction meters were installed. In 2023, two 1” new construction meters were installed. Morning View water system had 3 meters for new construction installed during 2021 (2020 was prior to acquisition): One ¾” meter and two 1” meters. In 2022, one 1” meter was installed in new construction. In 2023, three meters were installed in new construction: one ¾” short, one ¾”, and one 1”. c. Falls Water system has new construction meters in 2020 through 2023. The invoices in the attachments for 2020, 2021, 2022, and 2023 would show the costs associated with the meters installed. During the COVID-19 pandemic, meter supply chain issues were very bad. Meter orders could take 4 to 12 months to fulfill. Invoice prices reflect the meter price at the time of the order and not at the time of delivery. FLS-W-23-01 IPUC Staff DR 101 Page 2 of 2
