believe the book value of the current system to be $1,400, which would be recorded as
a credit to Property, Plant & Equipment." Please provide all documentation and
workpapers supporting the $1,400 book value. Please separate the book value by the
following assets:
1.Well #1 with a pump and a variable frequency drive and two bladder pressure
tanks.
2.Well #2 (currently a backup well) with pump.
3.The 2-inch main.
4.The 18 service line connections serving the customers.
5.Water Right # 25-7086.
6.Any other assets.

Please see FLS-W-21-03 IPUC DR 8 Attachment 1. Honey Bee Acres does not have
any documentation for these assets. The values for the assets are based on Falls
Water’s conversations with the system’s bookkeeper.

REQUEST NO. 9: Please provide the average monthly bill for a current residential
customer of Falls Water in 2021 who have a 3/4-inch meter. Please include workpapers
supporting the calculation.
Response:
The Company’s current billing software, Utility Management Solution (UMS) from
Continental Utility Solutions, Inc. (CUSI), is capable of generating an average monthly
billing based on our rate codes. The Honey Bee Acres’ customers are residential
customers and would be billed on our rate code FW75R (Falls Water ¾” Residential).
The report output is a single page summary of all rate codes and the associated
average monthly charge. For 2021, the average monthly charge for rate code FW75R
is $29.67. Included is a copy of the report in a .pdf format, FLS-W-21-03 IPUC DR 9
