COMMISSIONER RAPER: Okay, it is now 7:10
on Monday, August 9th, and we are going to go on the
record. There are no additional individuals on the phone
to testify, so I am going to go through the formal-ities
for purposes of establ-ishing a record that we had a
public customer hearing this evening and beyond that,
unless anybody new comes on the line in between, we will
open it up and shut it downr so this is the time and
place set for a public hearing in Case No. FLS-W-21-01,
also referred to as in the matter of Fal-ls Water Company,
Inc. 's, application for approval of three capital
projects: (1) creation of a new water source, (2)
constructj-on of a storage tank,' and (3) constructlon of a
wellhouse.
The purpose of the hearing tonight is to
take testimony from members of the public in reference to
this fiI1ng. My name is Kristine Raper. f 'm the Chair
of tonight's proceeding. This case will also be decided
by my colleagues Commissioner PauI Kjellander and
Commissj-oner Eric Anderson. To this point in this case,
a workshop was held on JuIy 27Lh. Staff filed comments
on August 4th. We have tonlghtrs public hearing on
