REQUEST NO. 7: Please explain how the Company has addressed cross-connection
control.
Response:
The Company does not currently have an active cross-connection control program. The
September 2019 Schiess & Associates study recommended that, through survey or field
inspection or both, a database be prepared to identify possible cross connection
problems, and that armed with such data, the Company would be prepared to design a
cross-connection control plan that fits their needs. Falls Water will begin the data
collection process to determine the extent to which a cross connection plan can be
created.
