REQUEST NO. 3: Does the Company's recommended alternative—Well #11 plus
storage–require the Company to obtain additional water rights? If additional water
rights are required, please explain any necessary contingencies if the recommended
plan is approved by the Commission and additional water rights were not acquired.
Response:
The Company has sufficient water rights to complete the recommended alternative –
Well #11 plus storage. The Company’s existing water rights have sufficient diversion
rates to allow all existing wells and the new well to pump simultaneously.
