the time and place for a public hearing in Case No.
ELS-W-20-03, also referred to as in the matter of Eal-}s
Wat.er Company's application for an order authorizing
increases in the company's rates and charges for water
service in the State of ldaho.
The purpose of this hearing is to take
testimony from members of the public in reference to
Ealls Water's request for an j-ncrease in their rates
and charges.
My name is Kristine Raper. I am the Chair of
tonight's proceeding. We also have Commissioner Paul
Kjellander and Commissioner Anderson at the heari-ng
this evening.
Tonight's publi-c testimony and the transcript
witl be added to the underlying record in the case.
The Commissi-oners will review the facts and evidence in
the record and make a final decision.
As another matter, let's begin wj-th staff 's
representation through its Deputy Attorney General.

Regulatory Attorney of Northwest Natural- appearing on
behalf of Falls Water.
COMMISSIONER RAPER: Thank You, Mr- Nelsen.
And if I'm not mistaken, there are no other
intervenors in this case.
So this heari-ng was scheduled to begin at
6:00 p.m. Mountain Time. It is now almost 6:15
Mountain Time and there is nobody on the call that is a
customer or otherwise interested in testifying at this
hearing.
