5 Kempton. I'm going to go ahead and close this up.
6 The time is 7: 30 p. m., Tuesday, February 23,
7 2010. The location is the PUC hearing room in Boise, Idaho.
8 The Commission has been -- it's a telephonic hearing and the
9 Commission has been -- the Commission line has been -- open
10 since 7: 00 p.m., which is the date and time and place specified
11 in Commission Order 30994, the purpose being to conduct a
12 telephonic public hearing for the purpose of taking testimony
13 in the matter of the Application of Falls Water Company for an
14 Order authorizing increases in the Company i s rates and charges
15 for water service in the state of Idaho, otherwise identified
16 as Case No. FLS-W-09-1.
17 Present this evening are the three
18 Commissioners -- myself as Chair, Commissioner Mack Redford,
19 Commissioner Marsha Smith -- from the Staff, Deputy Attorney
20 General Kristine Sasser; and for the Applicant Falls Water
21 Company, Tony Wise, operations manager, and Brent Johnson,
22 owner.
A VOICE: Thank you.
COMMISSIONER KEMPTON: Yeah, we're not just quite
finished yet, but we're really close.

1 A VOICE: Okay.
2 HEARING OFFICER: In terms of previous Notices,
3 it probably should be read into this the Notice of Application
4 in Order No. 30893 was on 9/2/09.
5 The Notice of Modified Procedure and Workshop
6 were in Order 30899 dated 9/16/09. The comment deadline at
7 that time was 10/07/09, and that was rescheduled to a comment
8 deadline of February 11, 2010.
9 And the Notice of Public Hearing was published on
10 2/23/2010, and that was a Notice of Telephonic Public Hearing,
11 and there was a press release in February 2, 2010.
12 There having been no members of the public that
13 have phoned in to testify, the hearing will be adj ourned
14 subj ect to a final comment and that is on future timelines.
15 The case is now fully submitted. The Commission will
16 deliberate the case in the near future and a Decision Order
17 will be issued shortly thereafter.
18 There being no further business before the
19 Commission, this hearing is adj ourned.
