FALLS WATER COMPANY
The Staff of the Idaho Public Utilities Commission, by and through its attorney of record
Donald L. Howell, II, Deputy Attorney General , requests that Falls Water Company (Falls Water;
Company) provide the following documents and information as soon as possible, but no later than
FRIDAY, NOVEMBER 16, 2007.
The Company is reminded that responses pursuant to Commission Rules of Procedure must
include the name and phone number of the person preparing the document, and the name, location
and phone number of the record holder. Reference IDAP A 31.01.01.228.
This Production Request is to be considered as continuing, and Falls Water is requested to
provide, by way of supplementary responses, additional documents that it or any person acting on
its behalf may later obtain that will augment the documents produced.
FOURTH PRODUCTION REQUEST
TO FALLS WATER COMPANY NOVEMBER 6, 2007
Please provide answers to each question; supporting workpapers that provide detail or are
the source of information used in calculations; the name and telephone number of the person
preparing the documents; and the name, location and telephone number of the record holder.
For each item, please indicate the name of the person(s) preparing the answers, along with
the job title of such person(s) and the witness who can sponsor the answer at hearing.
REQUEST NO. 27: Please provide the names of any and all companies owned by the
shareholders of Falls Water and/or Brent Johnson (President of Falls Water), Jay Johnson (Vice
President of Falls Water), and Paul Johnson (Secretary and Treasurer of Falls Water).
REQUEST NO. 28: Please provide a copy of the contract between the owners of Falls
Water Company, Inc. and/or Falls Water Company, Inc. and RDI West. Please provide a written
description of why this consultant is needed, what is the benefit of the consultant to the Company,
and how this contract benefits the customers of Falls Water Company.
REQUEST NO. 29: Please provide the number of customers in each customer class by
size of meter?
REQUEST NO. 30: Please provide a copy of the contract with the new accountant.
REQUEST NO. 31: Please provide a copy of all billing statements for all accountants in
2005 2006, and received to date in 2007.
