SUBJECT:STAFF COMMENTS IN CASE NO. FLS-05-
In the Staff Comments dated March 3, 2006, Attachment A is incorrect. Please replace
this attachment with the corrected Attachment A enclosed.
Staff was notified by the Company of a computational error on Staff Attachment A, in the
Operating Revenue in the Total Staff Proposed column. Staff double counted the additional
revenue from Staff Adjustment A. Attachment A shows total operating revenue as $598 090.
Corrected Attachment A shows total operating revenue as $567 027. The change in total revenue
necessitates a change in the expenses that fluctuate with revenue. These expenses are bad debt
expense, regulatory fees, and state and federal income taxes. The following amounts in Staffs
comments need to be changed:
1. Page 8 , paragraph 2, line 4 change $503 to $582.
2. Page 8 , paragraph 2, line 5 change $2 035 to $2 359.
3. Page 10, paragraph 2, line 3, change $41 849 to $47 929.
