Contrary to what was indicated in the Notice of Public Workshop and Hearing issued December
, 2005 , Staff apprises the Commission that it has not completed the audit and plant inspection
of Falls Water Company. Staff apologizes for representing otherwise. The miscommunication
was due to a scheduling change. Staff will complete the audit and plant inspection prior to the
public workshop scheduled for January 25, 2006 in Idaho Falls.
