HEARING EXAMINER:Good evening, ladies and
gentlemen.This is a public hearing being held in Idaho
Falls on October 8th , 2003, at 7: 00 p. m., which is the
time and place set for the Commission hearing in Case
No. FLS-03-, Falls Water Company's application for
authority to increase its rates and charges.
My name is John Hammond.m a Deputy
Attorney General and I'm the Commission's hearing officer
for this case this evening.As you all know on July 25th
2003, Falls Water Company filed an application with the
Commission requesting authority to increase its revenue
requirement by $129,564.25 or 38 percent.
We are here tonight to take public testimony
from members of the public and before we continue , I'd
like to take the appearance of the parties in this case.
