The Staff of the Idaho Public Utilities Commission by and through its attorney of record, Scott Woodbury, Deputy Attorney General, requests Eagle Water Company, Inc. provide the following documents and information, pursuant to Commission Rule of Procedure 225, IDAPA 31.01.01.225, on or before AUGUST 28, 1995. This production request is to be considered as continuing, and Eagle Water Company, Inc. is requested to provide by way of  supplementary responses, additional documents that it or any person acting on its behalf may later obtain that will augment the documents produced. Please provide answers to each question; supporting workpapers that provide detail or are the source of information used in calculations; the name and telephone number of the person preparing the documents; and the name, location and telephone number of the record holder. 1.How many customers does Eagle Water currently serve? 2.How many lots remain unserved in developed subdivisions that are currently located in Eagle Water’s certificated area? 3.How many customers currently served by Eagle Water Company are located in areas requested by United Water Idaho for certification? 4.How many unserved lots remain in Eagle Water’s certificated subdivisions that are located in areas requested by United Water Idaho for certification? 5.What is the total value of Eagle Water facilities located in areas requested by United Water Idaho for certification? 6.How does Eagle Water propose to pay for the next new well when it becomes necessary?  Internal funds, bank loans, developer contributions, developer loans with hookup fee reimbursement or something else?  Please explain.  If the answer is through developer loans with hookup fee reimbursement, how does the Company propose to prorate the amount obtained from each developer requesting service? 7.Does Eagle Water propose to require developers to contribute onsite plant (facilities within the subdivision) to the Company when service is provided?  Or does the Company propose to serve new subdivisions through wholesale agreements and homeowners associations such as Eagle Pointe? 8.How many homeowners associations similar to Eagle Pointe does Eagle Water currently serve?  Please name the subdivision/homeowners associations and the number of potential and existing customers in each. 9.What was the total cost of the new well (including all appurtenant facilities) located near State Hwy 44 and Edgewood Lane?  What developers provided funds for the new facility and how much did they each provide?  How much is still owed each developer for well cost contributions? 10.How much has been collected from hookup fees designated for well-cost reimbursement as of July 1, 1995? 11.Does Eagle Water Company read meters and bill and collect from individual customers in Eagle Pointe subdivision?  If not, what type of arrangement is currently used?  Please provide the latest copy of the homeowners association billing. 12.Would the answer to Request No. 11 be the same for other homeowners associations?  Please explain.   DATED at Boise, Idaho, this              day of  August 1995. ______________________________________ Scott Woodbury Deputy Attorney General ______________________________________ Randy Lobb Engineering Section Supervisor sw/rl:gdk/pr/eagw951.#1
