Request of the Commission Staff to the City of Eagle dated June 23,2021.
As applicable to the following response, the City notes that discovery in these
proceedings is still in the preliminary phases. The City reseryes its right to update, revise,
correct, or supplement these responses, including the identification of a sponsoring witness to
testiff at the hearing in these matters on any particular item, prior to the hearing and pursuant to
any schedule for the hearing and pre-hearing matters to be adopted by the Commission and
entered in these cases.

transfer from another water company to the City of Eagle's water system? If so, please provide

RESPONSE TO REQIIEST NO.4: No. Not applicable. No. The City's
understanding at the present time is that it does not and cannot (under its applicable water rate
authority) charge or provide a differential or tiered rate to any customer or class of customers
vis-i-vis another. Any new customer will pay the current rate of other existing customers from
the beginning of the new customer's seryice. Base fees may differ based on water line
connection size.
