FIRST PRODUCTION REQUEST
OF THE COMMISSION STAFF
COMES NOW1 Eagle Water Companyi Inc. and in response to the First Production
Request of the Commission to Eagle Water Company dated March 24/20091 herewith
submits the following supplemental information:
REQUEST NO.1: Please submit a cost breakdown for the development of Well No.
7 into the following categories: a) land purchase (and identify the seller)¡ b) well
driling I development¡ c) pump and motor¡ d) electrical controls¡ c) (sic) variable frequency
drive¡ f) mainline tie-in¡ and j) (sic) engineering costs. Please provide the invoices and other
documents supporting these costs.
Supplemental Response for Request NO.1: The $28/000 cost listed on the "Well #7 Gen
Set" cost breakdown document provided to the PUC by EWCO in response to the PUC
Staffs First Production Request #l(h) was for the cost to purchase a used generator from a

company owned by Joe Stadler. In addition to the cost of the used generatori there were
costs to: refurbish the generator to bring it up to current standards¡ construct appropriate
housing for the generator¡ install electrical wiring¡ and install an automatic transfer switchi in
addition to labor & materials. All costs ($89/914.60) were included in the document marked
as "Response No. l(h)" and attached to EWCO Response to Staffs First Production Request

REQUEST NO. 18: Please submit invoices supporting the payments made for
various items related to rebuilding Well NO.4 including motori pumpi electricali and other
costs ($58/575) and engineering ($11200).
Supplemental Response to Request No. 18: - The cost for the 300 h.p. pump motor
purchased from Priest Electric for Well #4 was $24/470.00.
