Production Request of the Commission to Eagle Water Company dated March 24, 2009,
herewith submits the following supplemental information:

the following categories: a) land purchase (and identify the seller); b) well
driling / development; c) pump and motor; d) electrical controls; c) (sic) variable frequency
drive; f) mainline tie-in; and j) (sic) engineering costs. Please provide the invoices and other
