RE:Eagle Water Company Well No.(Eagle, Ada County)
Dear Mr. DeShazo:
The well house pumping facility appears to meet state ofIdaho standards. Well No.7 is conditionally approved to
serve the existing Eagle Water Company customers. However, the moratorium on new projects shall remain in
place until the system is in compliance with the Idaho Rules for Public Drinking Water System. A well completion
report must be submitted to and approved by DEQ. This report must at a minimum include documentation that the
project was completed as approved, an as-built schematic of the well, and the well driller s log.
Eagle Water Company shall provide a schedule of implementation for the dedicated standby power. Plans and
specifications for the standby power must be submitted to DEQ for approval.
From our review of the hydrogeologic assessment submitted by Jim Rees, P., the source has been classified as:
Groundwater . No further action is necessary. Please refer to the approval letter dated July 19, 2006 for the
Standard Conditions.
