This Production Request is to be considered as continuing, and Country Club Hills Water Company is requested to provide, by way of supplementary responses, additional documents that it or any person acting on its behalf may later obtain that will augment the documents produced. For each item, please indicate the name of the person(s) preparing the answers, along with the job title of such person(s) and the witness who can sponsor the answer at hearing. Request No. 7:Please disclose the compensation that will be received by officers and directors of the corporation under the proposed non-profit status. Request No. 8:If there should be a profit in a calendar year, to whom will the profit be distributed? Request No. 9:If there should be a profit in a calendar year, will the corporation move to achieve no profit by raising officer or director or employee salaries? Request No. 10:If a water customer truly feels aggrieved by a policy of the new corporation or is displeased by the quality of service, what will be the mechanism by which the customer’s grievance will be resolved? Request No. 11:What will be the basis for raising customers’ rates should the proposed new corporation elect to do so?
