have. i have been contact with the water districts and they voiced no desire to add 13 hookups
to their existing systems.
Request No 2
The estimated cost to Country Estates and paid for by the Country Estates doing the water line
extension is $73,860.00. This is to include the following:
80' bore under Ramsey Rd 8" C900 water line with a sleeve
Approximately 2200 lineal feet of 8" C900 main water line extension
13 each 2" lines lateral serviæs
3 each water fire hydrants installed
13 each service connections
Pressure testing system and ditch compaction
Bar Circle'S' Ranch Inc will install water meters at the time that the home is built
The meter purchase and installation will be charged according to the Bar Circle'S' Ranch
Inc water tariff rate.
Request No 3
The Bar Circle'S' Ranch Inc ability to adequately supply water to the Country Estates is based
on:
One 16" well that tested at 2000 gpm and presently has a 60 hp pump with pumping capacity of
500 gpm.
One 6" well with 30hp pump with pumping capacity of 50gpm.
One concrete tank with water storage of 180,000 gallons.
One steel tank with storage of 55,000 gallons.
A pump house with pressure tanks and 4 each 10 hp pumps to pressurize the system.
One 100 hp fire pump which wil deliver 1500 gpm fire flow.
Bar Circle'S' Ranch Inc hold water rights for 550 gpm.
Bar Circle'S' Ranch Inc during the peak water usage month of July 2004 used (11,953,000 gals)
less than 50% of the allowable gallons per month.
In the event more water is required; Bar Circle'S' Ranch Inc has enough land to support another
reservoir of 180,000 gals and upgrade the pump in 16" well to meet any future requirements.
