Cancellation of Registration and Price List
Dear Secretary Noriyuki:
Value-Added Communications, Inc. (the “Company”) respectfully submits this letter to
the Idaho Public Utilities Commission (the “Commission”) to cancel its existing
telecommunications registration and Price List currently on file with the Commission.
The Company is registered as an interexchange carrier and operates as a Title 62
company in Idaho (registration effective in January 2005). The Company has no customers in
Idaho and no longer needs its registration or Price List. Accordingly, the Company respectfully
requests that the Commission cancel its registration and Price List on file with the Commission
effective as of the date of this letter.
